On-Site Travel Offices

Hunter World Travel Affiliates can also operate a dedicated travel office on-site at your company. On-site travel offices are staffed with experienced Hunter World Travel Affiliates travel counselors who provide dedicated, personalized traveler assistance. Our counselors book air, hotel, and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers’ negotiated fares and rates, travel policies, and individual traveler profiles.

In addition, our Business Travel Center network provides additional support, including temporary on-site staff, when required.

After-Hours and Emergency Service
Hunter World Travel Affiliates provides after-hours support 24 hours a day, worldwide. Dedicated travel counselors will handle reservations during regular business hours, while emergency counselors will handle after hours reservations. Located in New York, they are staffed around the clock to provide your travelers and planners with the same high-quality service they receive from their dedicated counselors. emergency center counselors average 15 years experience with domestic and international reservations.

Our emergency travel counselors have electronic access to company policies, profiles, and reservation records so they can amend existing reservations, or book new ones in accordance with travel policy, preferred supplier programs and traveler preferences. The account manager assigned to your corporation will assist these counselors if special service issues arise. All transactions through our 24-hour service centers will be included in your travel management reports and financial reconciliation.

International travelers receive information on all pertinent visa and passport requirements, as well as security and health advisories when they book trips abroad. Travelers are informed of the process and personal documentation required to obtain the documents they need.
