day, worldwide. Dedicated travel counselors will handle reservations
during regular business hours, while emergency counselors will handle
after hours reservations. Located in New York, they are staffed
around the clock to provide your travelers and planners with the
same high-quality service they receive from their dedicated counselors.

and international reservations.
Our emergency
travel counselors have electronic access to company policies, profiles,
and reservation records so they can amend existing reservations,
or book new ones in accordance with travel policy, preferred supplier
programs and traveler preferences. The account manager assigned
to your corporation will assist these counselors if special service
issues arise. All transactions through our 24-hour service centers
will be included in your travel management reports and financial
reconciliation.

Passport Assistance
International travelers receive information on all pertinent visa
and passport requirements, as well as security and health advisories
when they book trips abroad. Travelers are informed of the process
and personal documentation required to obtain the documents they
