  • ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient travel office operation.

Client Services Manager
Our client services managers lead our account servicing teams. Serving as the single point of contact for our customers, they develop and execute all aspects of custom business plans, including:

  • benchmarking T&E practices,
  • developing cost-savings strategies,
  • analyzing reporting data,
  • supporting vendor negotiations, and
  • coordinating support from other World Travel resources.

Internet Travel Consultant
Our internet travel consultant provides the set-up and training of our Cliqbook software. Our consultant will aid in the design, customization and the launching of an exclusive travel web site for your company. You can create a site that incorporates your company policy, preferred vendors and negotiated rate capabilities.
